Terms & Conditions

Please take the time to read our terms and conditions. Should you have any questions, please contact one of our sales representatives prior to purchasing. By issuing a sales order with Gain Aviation, LLC., the customer is agreeing to these terms and conditions of the sale.

Any performance on the sales order (hereinafter referred to as S.O.) is deemed as an acceptance, without exception, of the terms and conditions. Upon your request, we will acknowledge receipt of hard copy purchase orders, and their acceptance or denial, via e-mail within 1 working day.

Unless other terms have been agreed upon in writing prior to shipment, minium orders are $675 per S.O. domestic and $800 per S.O. international. USD

Gain Aviation will make every effort to maintain the quoted prices for 30 days; however, prices are subject to change (without notice) due to changes in cost of material and/or manufacturing services. If any cost change, you will be notified before your S.O. is shipped. You will be given the chance to cancel your order however, minium order charges apply.

Gain Aviation only accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Credit Card w/fees
  • Bank Wire Transfer
  • COD (Cash or Cashier's Check upon delivery of goods)
  • Company Check (with pre-approved credit app)

As removed and repairable (AR,RP) products are sold as is based on such parts requiring an overhaul or repair. No warranty or 8130-3 will be expressed or implied. All certified units will come with the original paperwork from the repair station preforming the work.

Under certain conditions, shipments of parts regularly carried in stock may be returned. Please contact a sales representative for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within (5) days of invoice date. Parts must be returned with original Gain Aviation packaging and the original traceability paperwork provided. All returned parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee and a possible re-certification fee. Freight charges,duties,and taxes must be prepaid by the shipper.

Gain Aviation warrants supplied overhauled parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery.Warranty consideration is valid for (24) months 1000hr for overhauled parts and (6) months 500hr for serviceable/repaired parts from the tag date of the part.No warranty on bench check. Customers must provide a verifiable A/C tail number and log entry hours before part installation and after removal for warranty consideration. All void of warranty seals must be intact. Warranty only covers labor and parts replaced on original work. For No-Fault-Found (NFF) warranty repairs, Gain Aviation will charge a standard fee for bench check and re-certification.

Damage due to shipping must be reported to Gain Aviation within (48) hours of receipt and claimed with the appropriate freight company, any notice after this allowed time will be subject to Gain Aviation's disretion. Gain Aviation will not be responsible for, including but not limited to, damage due to the freight company's neglect, lost shipment,or delays.
